Recruitment Campaign Workflow

This workflow explains how admins and recruiters create, manage, and track hiring campaigns inside the RMS.

Create Recruitment Campaign

Click New Campaign

​

A. General Info

Fill in the required details:

• Select Profile Articulation
• Campaign Name
• Status (Planning / Active / On Hold / Completed)
• Company Name
• Company Email
• Start Date
• End Date
• Salary Offered Range (Min / Max)
• Vendor Rate

Click Save to create the base campaign.

B. Pre-Screening Form

​

Purpose

The Pre-Screening Form is the first evaluation test sent to candidates after they are shortlisted.
It helps recruiters verify fundamental eligibility before interviews.

Steps

• Enter Form Title (default: “Pre-screening Form”)
• Add questions using Add Question
• For each question:
  • Enter Question Text
  • Select Input Type (Text, Number, Yes/No, Select)
  • Mark Required if needed
• Click Preview Form to see how the candidate will view it
• Click Save

How it works in the system

• After a candidate is marked Fit, the system sends this pre-screening form link via email.
• Candidate responses appear in:
  Campaign → Candidate → Pre-Screening Responses

C. Question Bank

​

Purpose

The Question Bank is used by the AI interview engine to ask relevant questions and evaluate candidate answers.

Steps

• Click Add Question
• Enter Question
• Enter the Expected Answer
• Add multiple Q&A pairs as needed
• Click Save Questions

How it works in the system

• The AI uses these questions during interviews to:
  • Evaluate candidate responses
  • Generate interview summaries
  • Produce fit/no-fit recommendations
  • Maintain consistent assessment across candidates

View Campaign

• Click the eye icon on any campaign.
• View:
  • Complete role details
  • Salary, budget & status
  • Linked Profile Articulation
  • Pre-screening form
  • Question bank
  • Assigned recruiters

Used for reviewing information before editing.

Edit Campaign

• Click Edit on the selected campaign.
• Update:
  • Status
  • Timeline
  • Salary or Budget
  • Profile Articulation
  • Company details
• Click Save
  → Changes reflect instantly.

Delete Campaign

• Click Delete
• Confirm deletion
• Campaign is removed permanently (if not linked to critical dependencies).

Search & Filter Campaigns

You can filter campaigns by:

• Status (Active, Planning, Completed)
• Client name
• Profile Articulation
• Campaign title

Search supports keywords in:

• Campaign name
• Company name
• Profile name
